Let say the truth: My size is 7.5 Medium, I bought 8.0 Wide leather made. 3 weeks ago I injured my left foot and two toe are broken as well, and it is still in the middle of process of healing. Foot is still a little swollen and toes are painful if touched. One day before this accident happened, I sent out an application for a job, and they decided to see me by the end of my third week of "broken foot/toes". I had no choice but to buy wide-big-comfortable shoes for this important interview. AND special shoes was needed ASAP. So, I found them online, full price, last pair of shoes of required size, and one-day delivery was available, by happy accident, of course. So, it is $99.99 plus $19.00 for delivery. And you know what? It was OK! I survived 1.5 hour of interview and walking to and out of building wearing this pair of shoes (about 0.3 mile in total). I was driving in sleepers to/out of interview. The left shoe is a little tight because of the foot issue, the right one is a little big, but who cares, I survived it! By the way, the leather is soft enough, the style is conservative but not over conservative, appropriate for an interview in conservative field, perfect for job interview. Trotters is completely new brand for me, and they are good enough, I will try their less conservative styles in the future (I love heels and sharp shoes' appearance). Since it is not my normal daily style, I think to keep them in the box for my future interviews. I think if you are in between sizes go up not down, they will feet better. And, thanks to Amazon - they delivered shoes as promised - Next Day! Thank you! Will do it again!I never thought I would say this about any shoes, but these shoes are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The shiney leather strap is a lovely accent to these suede shoes. The color is accurately depicted and looks great with any outfit. I'm a fan of having excellent arch support, especially since I've had two major foot surgeries. Despite these shoes not being up to par on the arch support, I have to say that they are surprisingly comfortable! Even after wearing them all day, the only complaint that I have is that the strap gets a bit snug across the top of my feet. I did torture my husband a bit by asking him how he liked my $200 shoes.. Shocked, he responded "you paid $200 for those shoes?" and I said "no, but they look like it". Honestly, the price was steep for me, but I'm very happy with this purchase & would recommend them to others. These shoes aren't just pretty, they are excellent quality and will last for many years;-)The shoes themselves were very cute. Quality was surprisingly good. They just ran a little big. We will be returning them for a smaller size.Very sorry to have to return these shoes. Had been looking everywhere for a sensible but dressy shoe. These shoes are attractive and well-made, but a smidge too long in the back for me. Despite the strap, they slide off my heel when I walk. (Disclaimer - I have very hard to fit foot, wide in the toe and narrow in the heel, this is frequently a problem for me.) Again, very good shoes, just not right for my foot.Thank you! It is a very comfortable shoes, I could not even believe in it! I thought it couldn't be true but my daughter loved it since the first time to wear: all the long day, transport - office - way back, - just impeccable (she normally did not wear hills and had problems to find a comfortable pair of shoes). 9 1/2 M (my daughter's US size is 9 - 9 1/2 M, UK - 6.5 - 7, EU - 40-40.5, Japan - 25.5 -26) fits perfect. I can agree that all the positive reviews about those shoes were right! Ordered twice.I love these shoes! Very classy looking and just the right heel height for me. I will order this brand of footwear again. My feet are so weird - it is really hard to find footwear that fits correctly. I spend a lot of time adjusting shoes to fit by using insoles, heel grips etc so it is such a relief to find shoes that I don't need to do this with!What a wonderful shoe and I got it on a super duper sale!!! I adore them!! The quality is top rate. The shoe looks very expensive. The gray suede is high quality and rich. This shoe is being sold for hundreds by other brands and these are as good or BETTER!!!! I am in love with these shoes.If you were looking to get this style this season, do not hesitate to order these :) LOVE LOVE LOVEThe shoe itself is nice, but strangely was too big for me. I have a couple of other Trotters shoes that fit just fine. This one I didn't reorder in a smaller size because one of the main issues aside from the length was that for a wide width, the heel was also too wide. The strap didn't help I don't think smaller size would have solved the issue. I suppose if you have a regular width foot, you can give this shoe a try with a half size down - it's pretty nice.Me quedan tan cómodos como un guante. Vienen un poco grandes del talón, pero nada del otro mundo. Yo los ordené en 12N, hubieran quedado magníficos en 11.5 N, sin embargo yo los amé. Son hermosos, muy femeninos, elegantes. El tacón es perfecto para verte bien vestida pero es muy cómodo. Yo tengo una lesión de rodilla y por fin encontré la manera de usar tacones nuevamente y sin lastimarme la rodilla. Por fin me vuelvo a sentir muy femenina y muy sexy en mis tacones. Ya ordené otro par en otro color y ojalá hubiera en mas colores. Los AmooEstán hermosos, la piel es como ante, el color hermoso, la suela antiderrapante, y están cómodos. Lo único es que recomendaría pedir medio número más grande.
